Happy Halloween Everyone!!! 
and Happy belated Halloween guys. I initially intended to submit this before Halloween was over and done with, but unfortunately, things do not always go the way you plan. First I couldn't get into 
deviantART, 
then about three days later, once that inconvenience was over and done with, so was Halloween. 
Then, once I got back to deviantART, I wanted to get permission from Cheila, the incredibly talented artist whom created this line-art, to see if I could post it. 
I just happened to come across the notion to make this a Halloween picture near the end of September. I thought it would make a good Halloween themed coloring piece because of Luna. I don't quite know how to explain it, 
but there was something about the way Cheila drew Luna in this line-art that made her look like a Halloween kitty to me. 
Then, the more I looked at the piece and thought about how to color it, I thought about, the idea just came to me...Sailor Candy Corn. The idea worked itself out perfectly, because the sleeves have the three rolls, the gloves, and then I thought about dividing her skirt pleats into individual candy corn colored sections. The same thing for the breast bow too. I couldn't decide for a while exactly how to color the ornaments in her hair, but my Dad mentioned to me that it looked pretty good the way you see it now. 
It was also my Dads idea to give Luna a mask. 
When he said that, I thought, well, she may as well wear Sailor V's mask if she's gonna be wearing one. 
Colored using a program called iPhoto Plus 4, and it took me a little over a month to color, while working on it approximately 3-4 hours a night.

I do feel a bit ashamed that I had to search for people in the Status for some comments though.
Nevertheless, I really do appreciate your time and comments. As you probably seen yourself when you viewed my colored line-art, it doesn't bring very many comments.
